Google Earth Sky: When Having Too Much Money and Time Is A Good Thing

I'm using Google Earth's "Sky" for the first time and wow, just wow. I kid you not this is exactly the program I wanted when I was about 12 years old and now Google has created it for me. Sometimes having way too much time and money is a very good thing.

I keep zooming in thinking there is no way that I can zoom in more than this - but then another scroll of the mouse wheel and there I am at a galaxy in high definition. Speaking of which now that the public at large can actually somewhat fathom these things, can we get some better names then NGC 5866? Even computer chips have moved from 486 SX to Pentium Core Duo.

You have to wonder where Google is going to go next now that they're quickly running out of new frontiers. They've conquered Earth, the Moon, Mars, now all of Universe. Google Big Bang? Or maybe the other way, Google Quantum Mapping? The Google Particle Collider? I put nothing past them.

Wait, and Google has Sally Ride blogging for them now?!
